Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).

A Covering Letter from the Applicant.
Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.

Yellow fever certificate is required. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
Proof of sufficient funds.
Bank statements for the last 6 months.
Income Tax Returns for last 3 years.
A valid Polio (OPV) Certificate is required. The dose of OPV should be taken at least four weeks prior to the departure from India.
Visa issued is valid for 90 days with a maximum stay of 30 days.
Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory.
Visa can be extended in Somalia.
Only single entry visa is issued.
Processing time is 24 hours.
