The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay. Passport should have at least two blank pages.
Two visa forms.
Photocopies of the first and last page of the Applicants passport.
Two passport size photographs with white background.
Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
Hotel confirmation from Lesotho.
Bank statement for the last three months, pay slip and company's reference letter.
Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) issued from the Police Department.
Day to day travel itinerary (places the Applicant intends to visit).
