Applicant should have a valid passport along with the photocopy.
Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).
Two recent passport-size photographs (to be glued on the visa forms).
A covering letter from the Applicant.
A invitation copy from the company in Mali.
Company registration certificate of the company in Mali along with their Bank Statement (6 months) and Income Tax Return copy.
A copy of the yellow fever certificate. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
Air ticket is required.
Personal bank statement for last 6 months.
